If you're an over-the-air television viewer in the easternmost portion of the Tri-State -- or if you happened upon this site in the Louisville area -- you'll want to rescan your TV sets on Thursday.
That's the day when Louisville's CBS affiliate, WLKY 32, will debut its new Me-TV channel on 32.2.
If Me-TV is familiar, it should be: Local 7 WTVW is also now a Me-TV affiliate, but where WTVW carries only a portion of the Me-TV schedule, WLKY 32.2 will have the whole deal, from "I Love Lucy" to "The Mary Tyler Moore Show," just to name a couple.
Classic TV fans in the Louisville market should be well pleased by WLKY's move, because it gives them more choice in what's become a competitive market for classic TV. Louisville is also home to an RTV affiliate (WBNA 21.4) and Antenna TV (WDRB 41.2).
EDITOR'S NOTE: Louisville-area Insight customers will also receive WLKY 32.2 on cable channel 188.
