DID YOU KNOW? You don't have to be on Facebook to follow me on Facebook

Over the past few weeks, I've begun pushing more and more news items onto the JDTVB Facebook page.  For the most part, it is designed to keep folks abreast of local happenings but there are other exclusive items of interest, too, both locally and nationally.

For the most part, the reception has been positive, but it has also caused some concern among some readers who don't have Facebook accounts and, frankly, they don't want them.  That's a sentiment I both understand and appreciate.

So, recently, I began trying something new in the sidebar here on the main site, and now I'm ready to share it with you:  It's a box with everything I post on Facebook, and you'll find it in the sidebar just below the "Get In Touch With Me at JDTVB!" box.  And here's the best part:  You DON'T have to have a Facebook account to see these items.  You can see exactly what everyone who is on Facebook sees, links and all.

The only downside to this is that you can't comment like a Facebook user, but if you would like to share your thoughts, I always welcome your comments via email, and you can reach me at jake@jakesdtvblog.com.
